I Wayan Budiarsa first donated blood 10 years ago and has become the first person in Bali Hotels Association's CSR Blood Drive program to reach that amount. 
At the recent Blood Drive Day held at Bali Dynasty Resort, Wayan Budiara proudly displayed his gold pin he received recognition of this. 

Bali Hotels Association Member, Bali Dynasty Resort's General Manager Mr Didit Indra Purnawarman says "I like to encourage our management and staff to participate. It’s so easy and it doesn’t take up much of your time.”

MrJean Hélière, Bali Hotels Association Chairman and CSR Director says “Wayan's commitment to saving lives is amazing  We are very grateful to him and want to thank him on behalf of all the patients that he has helped.  We should help others when we can.  We have a responsibility to support the PMI (Red Cross Blood Bank). I think it is exceptional how he is such a great example that even in these times he continues to donate. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, blood donations have decreased in Bali and also around the world – partly because people have had to stay at home".

Bali Dynasty Resort and PMI Bali held the latest blood drive under strict health and safety conditions allowing blood donations to continue. 

Bali Hotels Association (BHA) has successfully conducted many Blood Drives under the Bali Hotels Association’s Community Service program, the Blood Drive campaign has been running for quite a few years.  The aim is to encourage hotel employees  to participate in the association’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility program and commit to helping those less fortunate in the community.
