Disability Program

BHA and Yayasan Senang Hati has initiated a learning and development program for disabled people.

This program offers an opportunity for the the individuals to have a working experience in hotels - this experience helps them to develop self-confidence, new skills in a totally different social setting as well as empower them to have a positive mindset about goals in life. 

Six  members participated in the program with around a dozen trainees; some of them has offered an extended training program as well as contract employment.
